Privacy

ToyPlayHub is a directory of free, browser-based games for children. Because our audience includes minors, we take privacy very seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, what we don't, and why.

What ToyPlayHub does not collect

We do not require accounts. We do not ask for names, ages, email addresses, or any other personal information from visitors. We do not track individual children across sessions, and we do not knowingly build behavioral profiles of users we believe to be under thirteen.

What ToyPlayHub does collect

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical details about each request — the requesting IP address, the page requested, the user agent, the response status, and a timestamp. These logs are used solely to operate the site (debugging errors, blocking abusive traffic, sizing capacity) and are rotated on a short schedule.

Cookies

ToyPlayHub itself does not set tracking cookies. The static ad slot placeholders in our templates are reserved for a future, kid-appropriate ad partner. When that partner is enabled, we will update this page to describe exactly what cookies they set and how to opt out. Until then, no third-party cookies are loaded on the site.

External games

Every game listed on ToyPlayHub is hosted by a third-party publisher. When you click a play button, you leave ToyPlayHub and load the publisher's site in a new tab, where their privacy policy applies. We do our best to link only to publishers with reputations for handling children's data responsibly, but we do not control what they do once you arrive.

Children's privacy and COPPA

ToyPlayHub is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information — for example, by emailing our contact address — please let us know and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material about how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the bottom. We won't quietly broaden our data collection.
